Flyball Contest

Our first breed-specific Flyball Event, organized by Renate, was attended by a small group of trainers and owners. The German Shepherd Dogs ran the Flyball course with enthusiasm.

Roto III, owned by Robertus, was the afternoon's winner. They went off with Erie to choose prizes from the Vavoom! Store.

After the German Shepherd Dogs had finished, Sedna ran her Wolf and then someone wanted to see the Penguins running. So out they came and some bright spark worked out that you could get more than one of them to run at the same time. Hilarious fun ensued.

Listen for an announcement for the next Flyball Contest on Saturday afternoons.

The contests take place that the LogSpark Flyball Track.

FLYBALL is a dog sport in which dogs race against each other from a start/finish line, over a line of hurdles, to a box that releases a flyball toy to be caught when the dog presses the spring-loaded pad, then back to their handlers while carrying the flyball toy.
